For travel
Share travel expenses without a running spreadsheet.
Hotels, taxis, dinners, groceries — track them in one bill and settle at the end of the trip.
What goes wrong
The usual problems.
Spreadsheet drift
Someone starts a spreadsheet on day one. By day five, nobody updates it.
Different currencies
Trying to track euros, pounds, and yen across the same trip.
Who paid what
Different people picked up different bills. Hard to keep track in real time.
Settling at the end
By the last day nobody remembers who owes whom and for what.
What it looks like
Here's the app handling it.
A weekend in Barcelona — apartment, taxis, museum tickets, groceries — all in one bill.

How Repartim handles it
Four quick steps.
Create a trip bill
Name it after the trip, pick a currency.
Add expenses as you go
Scan receipts or type amounts. Whoever paid adds it.
Mark who shared what
Some expenses are for everyone, some for a subset. Mix freely.
Settle on the last day
Repartim lists the fewest payments to even up.
Common scenarios
Cases people actually hit.
Group house rental
Add the rental once, mark it as shared by everyone, done.
Restaurant scan-and-go
Photograph the bill, mark who ate, move on.
Different sub-groups
Three people went to a museum, two stayed in. Track it without making it everyone's expense.
Multiple currencies
Open one bill per currency and settle each separately, or pick a base currency upfront.
Why it helps
What you actually get.
Works on any phone
No app required. Just a link.
Everyone can add
Anyone in the group can add an expense and edit their own share.
Keep it as a record
Archive the bill after the trip so you can refer to it later.
FAQ
Things people ask.
Can I track multiple currencies in one bill?
Each bill has one currency. For a multi-country trip, open one bill per currency and settle each separately, or pick a base currency upfront and convert as you go.
Do I have to add expenses while online?
Yes — Repartim is web-only. Save receipts to add later when you have a connection, or use the scanner at a café with wifi.
What if someone joins the trip part-way?
Add them on the day they arrive. Only the expenses from that point onward include them in the equal split.
