How to Create a Bill

Create a Bill

Start by giving your bill a title (e.g., "Weekend Trip", "Restaurant Dinner") and selecting your currency.

The currency will be used for all amounts in this bill.

Add Participants

Add each person who participated in the expenses. You can add as many people as needed.

Tip: You can also add someone who represents multiple people (e.g., a couple).

Enter Expenses

For each participant, add the items they paid for and the amounts. You can enter items manually or scan a receipt photo.

Each person can have multiple expense items.

Set Contribution Type

Choose how each person contributes: equal split (default) or fixed amount (for specific contribution amounts).

You can mix both types in the same bill.

View Results

See the automatic calculation showing who owes whom and suggested payment transfers.

You can share the bill link with others to view the results.
